HOW to Calculate your postage
1. Add your items to the shopping cart
2. Select your P&P (Delivery) Country (UK, SPAIN, ROI, NI etc)
3. Choose your delivery method which shows the cost of delivery.
* All UK mainland delivery destination orders will be charged from £4.5 for delivery.
* See Table below
* Most items are posted on a next working day delivery but not necessarily the day the are ordered.
* Next Day means Next Working Day (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri)
* We only have courier and post collected Monday to Friday.
* 12pm is Lunchtime
* Next Day delivery is no longer guaranteed
* When you order Next Day before 12pm we will pick pack and post your item and put on a service
which should get there within 24 hours (some UK areas exluded from a 24 hour service) but it is not guaranteed.
* For Saturday Delivery please choose the saturday delivery option and order before 12pm Friday
* Next Day orders must be placed before 12pm to guarantee us getting them posted to you.
* Next Day orders received after 12pm may not be posted until the following day on a next working day service.
* We try to have your order delivered within 5 working days for UK destinations.
* Please only chase orders after this period (weekends are not counted as working days)
* Orders placed after 12pm on Friday may not be posted until Monday or Tuesday the following week)
* We cannot guarantee next workling day to non UK mainland orders.
* Your order status (if you created an account) will be updated when we have posted your order (usually at the end of the day)
* Tracking information is available from your purchase history (if you created an account)
* You will be emailed a tracking number when we have posted your order
* Depending on the weight of the package there may be an extra charge.
** Saturday delivery is available on request and there will be an extra charge depending on weight of package (UK mainland only)
* NON UK order may be requested to pay by Bank Transfer or Internet payment such as paypal
* If the system cannot provide you a price for shipping it send an email to us, we update our system and then ask you to reorder the items.
We use www.ukmail.com, www.ups.com and www.royalmail.com to deliver our packages.
We send you tracking on the day the package is sent to you.
Our UKMAIL and UPS services will only deliver to the delivery address on the label
You should when carded be able to arrange a redivelery to a specified address or arrange collection from the depot.
To avoid having to collect the package or missing a delivery we suggest shipping to a work address or to a location where someone can sign for the package.
All parcels costs will be calculated on weight and value (high value orders will be sent with insurance and this increase the postage costs).
Items bought and paid for that are in stock will be sent as soon as possible and you should receive them within 5 working days (usually a lot quicker).
The system will calculate the postage automatically if you select the correct country p&p location in your shopping cart.
