Detailed fitting instructions

Please refer to Marui manual for disassembly of gun.

The bottom rail is already attached when shipped. First remove the screws and disassemble the metal outer barrel and bottom rail then replace them as follows.

1. Remove the magazine, release the barrel lock and remove the slide. Remove the recoil spring and remove the barrel.
2. From the outer barrel (50AE-36) remove the outer barrel cover (50AE-41) and flat head screws M3x6 (50AE-33).
3. Be careful not to loose small parts.
4. Assemble the barrel parts (inner barrel etc) into this product. The thickness of the rear end of the metal slide is thin so please push it in carefully so as not to damage it.
5. Reassemble the gun to original state by reversing steps 1 and 2. Then attach the bottom rail with the included screws.

Please note If you are note careful. it is very easy to damage the Nineball frame as indicated by the 2 red arrows in the image.
